This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Background Summary of Gerry Rankin
Gerard Rankin was born in Dublin, Ireland and is married with two children. He was educated at the College of Commerce and the Institute of Taxation in Dublin. He attends the Continuing Studies Program for Real Estate Development at Boston University. He began his career as a financial tax consultant and after arriving in the United States in 1989 became an assistant financial controller followed by an appointment as the Sales/Marketing Manager of a newly launched cable television channel - CelticVision. He then traveled to Texas to become the Regional Marketing Manager of Guinness Import Company and soon after became an owner and General Manager of a restaurant in North Carolina. Mr. Rankin's entrepreneurial spirit subsequently discovered the benifits and financial rewards of the real estate business. He was a Realtor for Central Real Estate and continues a relationship with RE/MAX Realty Pros and in 2007 he founded Rankin Residential - Real Estate Sales & Development. Mr. Rankin is personally responsible for over $80,000,000.00 in residential sales over the course of eight years.
